Shipping policy

Products shipped by WarehouseTech13 (Hooks, Wepsol, Ambootiya, Digi Prints SEA): ₹89 per order below ₹2,000. FREE delivery on orders of ₹2,000 and above.
Products shipped directly by our partner brands (including Kalā, PLG Merch, print-on-demand, home & kitchen): FREE delivery.
Heavy and large equipment (for example Fujifilm multifunction printers): delivery charges depend on weight and destination. We will confirm them with you on WhatsApp after you place your order, before dispatch.
If your cart has items from more than one of these groups, they may ship separately, and the charge for each group is shown at checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas and the North-East may take longer.
Heavy equipment: delivery and installation are scheduled with you directly.

Available on eligible orders. COD isn't available for heavy equipment or business orders confirmed by quote.

Every order gets a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also track it from Track Your Order on our website.

Courier delays can happen during festivals, bad weather or strikes. We'll keep you updated on WhatsApp.

A GST invoice is provided with every order.
