Return window
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and with its invoice.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos or an unboxing video, on WhatsApp or by email. We'll arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or full refund.
Items that can't be returned
- Customised or personalised items (PVC ID cards, printing jobs, print-on-demand apparel), unless they arrive damaged or wrong.
- Innerwear, beauty and personal-care products once opened.
- Software, licences and digital products.
- Heavy office equipment such as Fujifilm printers once installed. Faults are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, and we'll help you raise a claim.
Exchanges
Apparel can be exchanged for a different size within 7 days, subject to stock.
Return shipping
Free if the item is damaged, defective or wrong. For other returns, the return shipping cost (₹89) is deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Processed within 7 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
- COD orders are refunded to your bank account or UPI ID.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.
